ActiveCampaign

Get started with the ActiveCampaign source!

Get your ActiveCampaign credentials

To enable the ActiveCampaign source, you will need your Active Campaign API URL and API token. If you don't have these credentials, you can go here to learn where to find or create them.

Enable the source

The first thing you should do is head to the flow that you would like to add the ActiveCampaign source to.

Once you are on the Sources tab of the flow you want to add ActiveCampaign to, search ActiveCampaign in the search bar. Then, go ahead and click Connect for the ActiveCampaign source.

Now you will need the credentials mentioned earlier. Input them in the corresponding sections. If you don't have these credentials, you can find how to get them here.

Once you have input your credentials, click the Save & Continue button.

And now you have linked your ActiveCampaign source! The next step is to configure what fields you want to pull from ActiveCampaign.

Configure the field mapping

To begin configuring the field mapping, make sure you are on the Sources tab of the flow where ActiveCampaign is enabled.

Now, you should go ahead and click on the ActiveCampaign card to access the Field Map Editor.

On this page, click the icon beside the Customize field map option to begin configuring the field map.

Now, you can begin to pick and choose what tables/fields you want to bring in. For demonstration purposes, I am going to select the accounts table to pull from. I do that by clicking on the gear icon for the corresponding field.

Now that you are within the table, you should select what objects you want to pull from ActiveCampaign. I am going to select all the available objects by click the box above the Available column.

Now that you have selected the objects you want, use the arrow buttons in the center to move the selected objects to the Chosen column.

Once done selecting objects, click the Confirm button in the bottom right hand corner of the popup.

Repeat the previous steps if you want to configure more fields and tables to pull from. Once you are done, click the Save button in the bottom right hand corner, and you will have finished configuring your field mapping!

Get your ActiveCampaign API url and API token

The first thing you need to do to access your ActiveCampaign API url and API token is log in to ActiveCampaign.

Once you are logged in, you should go ahead and click on the Settings button in the bottom left side of the page.

Next, you should now go ahead and click on the Developer tab within your settings.

On this page, you will be able to find both your ActiveCampaign API url and your API key. Copy these credentials into hotglue.
