If you don't have your PagerDuty API key handy, you can learn how to find it here.
The first thing you must do is to choose the flow you want to enable the PageryDuty source in.
Once in the flow, go ahead and look for the PagerDuty source. Once you find it, go ahead and click the corresponding Connect button.
Now that you are ready to set up your PagerDuty, you need to input your API Key. If you don't have your API key or don't know where get it, you can learn how to here.
Now that you put your credentials in, go ahead and click the Save & Continue button.
You now have linked PagerDuty!
The next step to setting up your PagerDuty source is configuring what data you want to pull from PagerDuty.
To head to the Field Map Editor, click on the PagerDuty card.
On this page, go ahead and click on the corresponding icon for the Customize field map.
On this page, you should go ahead and select what table you want to pull data from. In my case, I am going to select Incidents. I am going to do that by selecting the corresponding gear icon.
On this page, you can select the exact objects you want to pull from PagerDuty. I am going to select all of the objects by using the select all button at the top of the Available column.
Now you should use the the arrow in the middle to move the selected the objects to the Chosen column.
Once you have finished selecting the objects you want, click the Confirm button.
Now you can repeat for any of the other fields you want to pull! Once you are done, make sure to click the Save button in the bottom corner. You are now done configuring your field mapping!
The first thing you must do is log in to PagerDuty.
Now that you have logged in, go ahead and click on the Integrations tab on the top of the page.
From the resulting drop down, you are going to want to select the API Access Keys option.
If you already have created your API Key, you will be able to find it here. If you have not made your API Key yet, start by clicking the Create New API Key button.
Now you should input the description of the key and click Create Key.
Now you will have your API key. Make sure to now put it in hotglue!
